The Baltimore Orioles<\/a> walk off the Pittsburgh Pirates<\/a> for a second straight night, and fourth time in five games, knocking off Pittsburgh 2-1. Despite a slow start offensively, Baltimore stayed in the game thanks to a masterful second start of the year from Tyler Wells<\/a>. The lineup rallied late with the help of a Jackson Holliday<\/a> RBI single in the eighth and a walk-off single by Dylan Beavers<\/a> in the bottom half of the tenth to spoil a masterful start from NL Cy Young<\/a> favorite Paul Skenes<\/a>. Wells went through the lineup with ease the first time through, striking out four on only 34 pitches. Skenes dueled with equal efficiency, getting through the first three innings while only allowing two hits and amassing five strikeouts, including his 200th of the season.<\/p>\n Timonium, Maryland-born Spencer Horwitz<\/a> broke the scoring barrier in the fourth with his first home run in his boyhood ballpark.
