Brewers Sign Brian Anderson

The Milwaukee Brewers have agreed to terms with Brian Anderson. The pact is for one year. The announcement was made by Brewers Senior Vice President and General Manager Matt Arnold, and posted on Twitter by Ken Rosenthal.
